MASA

The house

A Zimbabwean company, keeping Zimbabweans moving.

A Masa handover at dusk

Masa started with one Toyota Vitz and a phone number. The idea was unremarkable and almost impossible to find in Harare at the time: a clean, insured car, delivered to wherever you are, at a price nobody moves after you've agreed to it.

Six years later the fleet runs from city hatchbacks to chauffeured Mercedes, and the standard hasn't changed. We measure ourselves on one uncomfortable number — how long it takes to get a car to a customer. Last week's average was forty-one minutes. We're aiming for fifteen.

Everything else — the corporate contracts, the safari 4x4s, the wedding cars — grew out of people asking whether we could. We usually could.

What we hold to

The price is the price

No airport surcharge, no fuel-card margin, no mystery cleaning fee. If we quoted it, that's what you pay.

The car is ready

Serviced on schedule, cleaned between hires, photographed at handover. You never inherit someone else's dent.

Somebody answers

A real person on WhatsApp, 24 hours. Breakdowns get a replacement car, not a claims form.
